RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If our products aren’t right for you, please email us at email@example.com. We can help you return your products within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund if it is unused and in new condition. Basically, it must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Also, if the item arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and we will address the issue for an exchange or credit. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or order mistakes not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you'd prefer credit, let us know then.
If you are approved, then your refund/credit will be processed. Any refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item due to a damage, send us an email at email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we will address the issue for an exchange or credit.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org for our shipping address.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
